Title Office Administrator
Location QRS Headquarters, Webster Groves, MO
Primary Duties

Purpose: Ensure and efficient and effective working environment at QRS Headquarters.

Task: Provide general office and administrative support.

Responsibilities: Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  1. Reception and Office Management – Answer telephone; greet and assist visitors; receive and send mail; order and maintain office supplies; maintain kitchen and common areas; obtain Notary Public license and certify documents as-needed.
  2. Travel & Events Planning – Coordinate calendars, meetings, company events and logistical arrangements including agendas, invitations, catering, audio/visual, travel and lodging.
  3. Administrative Support – Assist departments with overflow work, including filing, word processing, data entry, report preparation, research and communication tasks; serve as back-up Office Administrator at St. Louis Re-Poly plant when primary Office Administrator is unavailable.
  4. Special Projects – Assist and support special projects as-needed.
Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor or Associate degree preferred, but not required.

Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative role required.

Technology: Strong computer skills and Internet proficiency required.

Other: Position requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, flexibility and courteous, enthusiastic demeanor.

Salary

Title Machine Operator
Location St. Louis, MO
Primary Duties

Purpose: Optimize productivity, safety and quality at the Re-Poly plastics reprocessing facility.

Task: Safely operate, maintain and troubleshoot all facility equipment.

Responsibilities: Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  1. Safely operate all facility equipment: conveyors, sorting, shredding, grinding, washing, drying and extrusion machinery; hydraulic and pneumatic systems; rolling stock.
  2. Maintain, monitor, test, changeover and troubleshoot equipment to optimize productivity, safety and quality.
  3. Assist with material handling: load and unload tractor trailers; monitor quantity and quality of raw materials and finished product; assist with material changeovers.
  4. Communicate relevant information to team members and management.
  5. Maintain and enforce highest housekeeping standards in all areas of the facility.
  6. Follow and enforce company and OSHA safety policies and procedures.

Key Results: Measured on a continuous basis and published monthly, indicators of successful performance are as follows:

  • Production standards
  • Safety standards
  • Quality standards
Job Requirements

Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associates Degree or technical certification preferred.

Experience: 5 years of fabrication, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatics required; welding,
PLC control wiring and programming preferred.

Equipment: Experience with the following equipment preferred: conveyors,
sorting, shredding, grinding, washing, drying and extrusion machinery; hydraulic
and pneumatic systems; rolling stock.

Technology: Experience with HMI (Human Machine Interface) and other production software preferred.

 

Salary

Working Conditions

Position involves extensive physical labor. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders and stairs, stand for continuous periods of time and work inside a non-climate-controlled, noisy production environment.

Schedule: 12-hour shift schedule that rotates days/nights every two weeks.

Title Maintenance Technician
Location St. Louis, MO
Primary Duties

Purpose: Maximize production “up-time” and reliability at the Re-Poly plastics reprocessing facility.

Task: Maintain, troubleshoot and repair all facility equipment, systems and rolling stock.

Responsibilities:

  1. Perform regular inspection and preventative maintenance of plant equipment, systems and rolling stock.
  2. Troubleshoot and repair equipment, systems and rolling stock as-needed.
  3. Coordinate tracking and ordering of parts, POLs, tools and equipment with the Maintenance Manager.
  4. Utilize the QRS maintenance software, TME, in support of proper scheduling and reporting of all maintenance activities.
  5. Maintain and enforce highest housekeeping standards in all areas of the facility.
  6. Follow and enforce company and OSHA safety policies and procedures.

Key Results: Measured on a continuous basis and published monthly, indicators of successful performance are as follows:

  • Equipment and systems perform at manufacturers’ standards.
  • Equipment and systems are operational 95% of all available production time.
  • Equipment and systems are never down for greater than 12 hours at a time.
Job Requirements

Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associates Degree or technical certification preferred.

Experience: 5 years of fabrication, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatics required; welding, PLC control wiring and programming preferred.

Equipment: Experience with the following equipment preferred: conveyors, sorting, shredding, grinding, washing, drying and extrusion machinery.

Computer: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word) preferred.

Salary
