 QRS Direct Trader

Duties:

 The ultimate task of a QRS Direct Trader is net growth of plastic brokerage tons and associated net margin. This entails not only finding new tons available on the market but constantly finding new homes and long term partners to sell these tons to as well.The QRS Direct Trader is responsible for all stages of communication with both the seller of the tons and the end-user. He is responsible for prospecting, evaluating, qualifying new opportunities, problem solving and ultimately closing. We are very much a team and are interested in bringing on individuals who are excited about collaboration with like minded peers in order to provide industry standard level service.QRS Direct Traders are expected to develop and maintain a pipeline to achieve a minimum cumulative net margin that meets very realistic goals that are established for the 6, 12, and 24 month time period. The specifics of these will be discussed in the interview process.

 QRS Straight Truck Driver

Location:

 Louisville, KY

Primary
Duties:
  • Provide services to customers on assigned route(s) or dispatch order
  • Professional interaction with internal and external customers
  • Pre-trip loading of recycling containers for swap out at customer locations
  • Perform loading and unloading
  • Maintain and update route sheets & driver’s log sheets
  • Conduct pre-trip/post trip inspections and complete logs
