Our moral obligation to safety demands that we establish, practice, and enforce safe behavior and conditions in our plants, in our trucks, and at our customer’s locations at all times.
The objectives of the QRS SAFETY PROGRAM are:
- Promote safe behavior – Through monthly safety meetings, safety training, behavior audits, positive incentives, and progressive discipline
- Provide and maintain safe working conditions – Through awareness and safety walk-throughs
- Provide each employee with the support to consistently perform duties safely
- Ensure that every employee at every level of management understands the importance of safety – Through a demonstrated commitment by QRS leaders
